Webhooks

Receive outbound delivery updates in your own systems.

Configure outbound webhook endpoints in the console when you want your backend to react to delivery status changes.

What to expect

  • Your endpoint should return 2xx quickly.
  • Process the payload asynchronously and treat deliveries as at-least-once.
  • Use the notification id for idempotency.

Suggested flow

  1. Register the URL for the statuses you care about.
  2. Verify the request belongs to your workspace.
  3. Persist a receipt keyed by notification id.
  4. Enqueue side effects (CRM, billing, ops alerts).

If the consumer was offline, reconcile from the activity log in the console rather than assuming the webhook stream was complete.
